Timberline Drive B&B offers a private, mountainside retreat among the treetops of Girdwood, Alaska. We are a short 45-minute drive from Anchorage International Airport, nestled near the base of Mount Alyeska and Alyeska Resort. Our secluded one-bedroom apartment can serve as your home away from home for your adventures in south-central Alaska.

Enjoy the spectacular vistas of Glacier Valley and the surrounding Chugach Mountains, from the privacy of our deck or the warmth of our outdoor hot tub, year-round. Relax after an invigorating day on the nearby ski slopes or on one of the many local hiking and biking trails.

We are only 30 minutes from Prince William Sound, by way of the Whittier Tunnel. From Whittier you can fish for halibut or salmon from a charter fishing boat, or take a sightseeing trip in search of whales and glaciers. Water taxis are also available for kayakers and hikers.

Your hosts, John and Gail will ensure that your stay is enjoyable. John is a commercial fisherman and is glad to share his knowledge of the local waters; Gail can help you decide which of the many points of interest might best suit your vacation.
